摘　　要：目的:探究母乳喂养困难母亲的标准化母乳喂养认知与自我效能现况及其影响因素。方法:选取2020年4月至2021年6月在广东省江门市妇幼保健院就诊的150例母亲进行研究,对产妇进行开展问卷调查,调查母乳喂养困难母亲的标准化母乳喂养认知与自我效能现况,并分析相关影响因素针对母乳喂养困难母亲认知的误区和存在困难,给予个体化的母乳喂养指导,探究其对产妇母乳喂养自我效能的影响。结果:因疼痛就诊的母亲占比较多,达到54.66%。产妇文化程度、哺乳史、婴儿出生体重、母乳喂养开始时间以及对母乳的喂养认知均是产妇母乳喂养自我效能的影响因素。结论:母乳喂养认知与自我效能呈正相关,能够造成产妇出现母乳喂养困难的因素相对较多,因此需要针对促进乳汁分泌方法、乳房胀痛预防等认知不足的内容,在产前给予针对性健康教育或个体化指导可提高自我效能。Objective: To explore the status and influencing factors of standardized breastfeeding cognition and selfefficacy of mothers with breastfeeding difficulties. Methods: 150 mothers who visited Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangmen City from April 2020 to June 2021 were selected for research. A questionnaire survey on pregnant women was conducted to investigate the current situation of standardized breastfeeding cognition and self-efficacy of mothers with breastfeeding difficulties, analyze relevant inf luencing factors, give individualized breastfeeding guidance for the misunderstanding and difficulties of mothers with breastfeeding difficulties, and explore its impact on maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy. Results: Mothers visited the hospital because of pain, accounting for up to 54.66%. Maternal education, breastfeeding history, infant birth weight, breastfeeding start time and breastfeeding cognition are the influencing factors of maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy. Conclusion: Breastfeeding cognition is positively correlated with self-efficacy, and there are relatively many factors that can cause maternal breastfeeding difficulties. Therefore, it is necessary to give targeted health education or individualized guidance before childbirth to improve self-efficacy.
