摘　　要：【目的】桂花(Osmanthus fragrans)是我国重要的园林经济树种,集绿化、美化、香化于一身,兼具生态、社会和经济效应,桂花新品种的选育不仅可丰富种质资源,更可推动桂花产业的发展。【方法】从桂花实生苗中选育出变异的彩叶单株并对其无性系后代进行DUS(特异性、一致性和稳定性)测试。【结果】选育出的新品种‘南林彩玉’,叶色由初期的紫红色变为粉红,逐渐转为橘粉、橘黄色,叶柄紫黑色,幼枝紫红色。【结论】通过DUS测试,该品种与已知彩叶品种性状均不相同,色叶观赏期长达半年,观赏价值高,应用前景广。【Objective】Sweet osmanthus(Osmanthus fragrans) is an important economic garden evergreen tree speciesin China. It integrates beautification and aromatization and has ecological, social and economic effects. The selection andbreeding of new varieties in sweet osmanthus not only enrich germplasm resources, but also promote the development ofthe sweet osmanthus industry.【Method】Using seedlings as breeding materials, a distinctiveness, uniformity and stability(DUS) test was performed on the clone progenies of the single plant found. 【Result】The leaf color of the new cultivar‘Nanlin Caiyu’ was bred, which can change from purple-red to pink at the initial stage, and then gradually turn orangepink or orange, with purple-black petioles, and purple-red young branches.【Conclusion】 A DUS test showed that thiscultivar’s traits were different from those of known color-leaf cultivars, with a leaf color ornamental period lasting for halfa year, a high ornamental value, and broad application prospects.
