摘　　要：“互联网+”、数字经济等蓬勃发展、加速融合,为中国企业实现转型升级、迈向高质量发展提供了难得的机遇。作为中国经济领头雁的大型企业应着眼长远,勇担大任。本文回顾全球股市的百年变迁历史,着重对苹果、微软与亚马逊公司等世界IT巨头企业的市值变化进行分析,发现国外公司发展注重创新以及科技赋能,推动企业做大做强。世界科技巨头企业的发展经验提供如下启示:注重科技创新,促进企业发展。探寻巨头公司发展的共同点,对于其他企业的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。The vigorous development and accelerated integration of "Internet +" and the digital economy have provided rare opportunities for Chinese enterprises to transform and upgrade towards high-quality development.Large-scale enterprises that are the leaders of China’s economy should take a long-term view and shoulder significant responsibilities.This article reviews the century-old history of changes in the global stock market.It focuses on analyzing changes in the market value of world IT giants such as Apple,Microsoft,and Amazon.The development experience of the world’s technology giants provides the following inspiration:focus on technological innovation and promote enterprise development.Exploring the common ground in the development of giant companies has specific reference significance for the development of other companies.
