违约风险感知、关系网络与家庭农场土地经营权流转模式选择——基于湖南省387个家庭农场微观数据的实证

摘　　要：基于湖南省387个家庭农场的微观调查数据,运用二元Logistic回归模型分析了关系网络、违约风险感知对家庭农场土地经营权流转模式选择的影响。结果表明:违约风险感知越大,家庭农场选择有政府参与的间接流转模式可能性越大,关系网络对家庭农场土地经营权流转模式选择存在显著影响,关系网络对违约风险感知与家庭农场选择土地经营权流转模式选择的关系具有负向调节作用。Based on the microscopic survey data of 387 family farms in Hunan province,the influence mechanism of the relationship network and the default risk perception on the choice of the family farm land management rights transfer mode has been analyzed by using the binary logistic regression model.The results show that the higher of the default risk perception,the more likely family farms are to choose an indirect transfer mode with government participation.The relationship network has a significant impact on the choice of the transfer mode of family farm land management rights.The relationship network has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between default risk perception and family farms’choice of land management right transfer mode.
