摘  要:吉育645是黑龙江省农业科学院佳木斯分院和吉林省农业科学院以不育系JLCMS234A为母本,恢复系JLR9为父本,采用三系法经多年鉴定选育而成的高产、优质、抗病杂交大豆新品种。亚有限结荚习性,株高94 cm左右,百粒重20~22 g,生育日数120 d左右,适宜在黑龙江省第二积温带≥10℃活动积温2550℃区域种植。2018―2019年参加黑龙江省品种区域试验,两年12点平均产量3026.8 kg/hm^(2),较对照品种绥农26增产15.40%。2019年参加黑龙江省7点品种生产试验,平均产量2818.6 kg/hm^(2),较对照品种绥农26增产11.60%。该品种产量性状突出,平均蛋白质含量达44.77%,属于高蛋白含量大豆品种,2021年经黑龙江省农作物品种审定委员会审定推广,审定编号为黑审豆20210013。Jiyu 645 was a new hybrid soybean cultivar with high yield,high quality and disease resistance,which was selected by Jiamusi Branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences with male sterile line JLCMS234A as female parent and restorer line JLR9 as male parent.The plant height was about 94 cm,the weight of 100 seeds was 20-22 g,and the growth days were about 120 days.It was suitable to be planted in the area of 2550℃active accumulated temprature≥10℃of the second accumulation temperate zone in Heilongjiang Province.From 2018 to 2019,Jiyu 645 participated in the regional test of varieties in Heilongjiang Province.The average yield at 12 places in two years was 3026.8 kg/ha,which was 15.40%higher than that of the control variety Suinong 26.In 2019,Jiyu 645 participated in the production test of seven varieties in Heilongjiang Province,with an average yield of 2818.6 kg/ha,which was 11.60%higher than that of the control variety Suinong 26.The yield character of this variety was excellent,with an average protein of 44.77%.It was a soybean cultivar with high protein.It was approved and popularized by Heilongjiang Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2021,and the approval number was Heishendou 20210013.
