摘　　要：档案利用体系建设是“十四五”时期档案事业发展的重点,对国家和社会发展具有重要的影响。本文采用文本分析法,基于全国已公开发布的17个地方“十四五”档案事业发展规划文件,运用ROST Content Mining 6.0、SPSS文本挖掘软件,对规划中的档案利用体系建设方面文本数据进行梳理挖掘,分析总结我国地方档案利用体系建设规划内容,充分展现我国地方档案利用体系建设特征。The construction of archives utilization system is the focus of the development of archives during the “14th Five-Year Plan”period,and has an important influence on the development of the country and society. With the text analysis method,based on the 17 local “14th Five-Year”archives development plan documents that have been publicly released nationwide,this paper uses ROST Content Mining 6.0 and SPSS text mining software to sort out the text data in the construction of archives utilization system. It analyzes and summarizes the content of China’s local archives utilization system construction plan,fully demonstrating the characteristics of China’s local archives utilization system construction.
