高校档案文化建设的PEST分析——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：高校档案文化主要包括物质形态档案文化、制度形态档案文化以及精神形态档案文化。本文通过对江苏44所高校档案文化建设的数据分析,引入PEST分析法,得出政治性(Politics)是根本属性,经济基础(Economy)是上层建筑,社会性(Society)是基本属性,技术水平(Technology)是根本保障的结论。在PEST战略下高校档案推进大学文化建设的路径有:提高高校档案文化层次的政治敏感度,加强“校史记忆”宣传的经济投入,开发档案文创产品的社会性扩散,文化整合基础上的档案信息资源开发。The archives culture of colleges and universities mainly includes material form archives culture, system form archives culture and spiritual form archives culture. Through the data analysis of the archives culture construction of 44 colleges and universities in Jiangsu, this paper introduces the PEST analysis method, and concludes that P(politics)is the fundamental attribute,E(Economy)is the superstructure, S(Society)is the basic attribute, and T(Technology) level is the fundamental guarantee.Under the PEST strategy, the path for college archives to promote the construction of university culture includes increasing the political sensitivity of the cultural level of university archives, strengthening the economic investment of “school history memory”propaganda, developing the social diffusion of archives cultural and creative products, and developing archives information resources based on cultural integration.
