摘　　要：港口整合经营新模式下,辽宁港口档案安全智能综合管理实现统一领导,分级管理;完整全面,科学管理;协调统一,适用规范;智慧引领,数字先行。落实省委“数字辽宁”发展战略,全面提升港口水运工程档案保管智能化、数字化水平;探索完善精细化管理措施,推动港口水运工程档案全流程闭环标准化安全管理。Under the new mode of port integration operation,the intelligent comprehensive management of Liaoning port archives security realizes unified leadership,hierarchical management,complete,comprehensive and scientific management,coordination and unification,applicable specification,intelligent guidance and digitization priority. It is necessary to implement the“digital Liaoning”development strategy of the provincial party committee,comprehensively improve the intelligent and digital level of port water transport engineering archives storage,explore and improve refined management measures,and promote the whole-process closed-loop standardized safety management of port water transport engineering archives.
