摘　　要：通过对城建档案文件级著录现实问题的分析,提出了OCR技术在城建档案文件级著录信息自动获取与校核中的应用方案,利用识别区域模板设计实现档案著录信息的准确定位和类别区分,分别利用OCR字典技术和广义城建档案关键词数据库技术完成档案著录信息的两轮修正,实现了城建档案文件级著录信息的自动获取与校核,可为档案信息著录实现数字化提供借鉴。Through the analysis of the practical problems of document level description of urban construction archives,this paper puts forward the application scheme of OCR technology in the automatic acquisition and verification of document level description information of urban construction archives,realizes the accurate positioning and category differentiation of archives description information by using the design of identification area template,and completes two rounds of correction of archives description information by using OCR dictionary technology and generalized urban construction archives keyword database technology respectively. It realizes the automatic acquisition and verification of document level description information of urban construction archives,which can provide reference for the digitization of archives information description.
