摘　　要：中华古籍是一座丰富的知识宝库,是记录中华文化的物质载体,对传承中华文化意义重大。通过古籍的开放,古籍从藏书室走向读者,发挥自身价值。目前我国古籍开放不足,究其原因是图书馆古籍开放的动力不足、读者利用古籍的动力不足、国家法律法规对古籍的开放缺乏具体指导、古籍自身的特殊性。本文建议从发挥图书馆在古籍开放中的作用、完善古籍开放目录、加强法律保障、推动古籍开放鉴定等方面来促进古籍的开放。为防范古籍开放中潜在的风险,本文建议实施以下措施:兼顾古籍的实体安全和信息安全,维护相关主体的权益,控制开放古籍的质量,促进古籍开放信息互通。Chinese ancient books are a rich treasure house of knowledge and a material carrier to record Chinese culture,which is of great significance to the inheritance of Chinese culture. Through the opening of ancient books,ancient books walk out of libraries to readers,and play their own value. At present,the opening of ancient books in China is not enough,which is caused by the lack of motivation for opening ancient books in libraries,the lack of motivation for readers to use ancient books,the lack of specific guidance for opening ancient books from national laws and regulations,and the particularity of ancient books themselves.This paper proposes to promote the opening of ancient books by playing the role of library in opening ancient books,perfecting the opening catalogue of ancient books,strengthening legal guarantee and promoting the open appraisal of ancient books. In order to prevent the potential risks in the opening of ancient books,this paper suggests the following measures: taking into account the physical security and information security of ancient books,safeguarding the rights and interests of relevant subjects,controlling the quality of opening ancient books,and promoting the information flow of ancient books opening.
