摘 要:以糠醇为原料经催化加氢制1,2-戊二醇生产工艺开发是当前研究热点。设计制备了Mn-Al二元复合载体负载型Ru催化剂,通过N_(2)物理吸附、H_(2)-TPR、XRD等对其表征分析。对反应时间、催化剂组成及用量、反应压力、反应溶剂、催化剂使用寿命等条件进行优化,优选出了Ru/Mn_(0.67)Al_(0.33)催化剂,并分析了低浓度糠醇反应条件下催化剂失活原因。在10%糠醇溶液、温度150℃和H_(2)压力2 MPa条件下,1,2-戊二醇收率达48.0%,糠醇接近完全转化,催化剂可重复使用至少11次;而无溶剂条件下,催化剂与糠醇质量比为1∶25时,1,2-戊二醇选择性仍高达42.3%,催化剂至少可重复使用7次。1,2-pentanediol production from biomass-based furfuryl alcohol is currently a focus for development.In this paper,a Mn-Al binary composite carrier supported Ru catalyst was designed,prepared and characterized by N_(2)physical adsorption,H_(2)-TPR and XRD.The reaction condition,i.,e.,reaction time,catalyst composition and dosage,reaction pressure,reaction solvent and catalyst service life,was optimized to obtain a Ru/Mn_(0.67)Al_(0.33)catalyst as the result.The causes behind catalyst deactivation under low-concentration furfuryl alcohol reaction condition was analyzed.Under condition of 10wt%furfuryl alcohol solution,150℃and H_(2)pressure of 2 MPa,1,2-pentanediol yield of 48.0%and furfuryl alcohol conversion of nearly 100%was attained;the catalyst could be reused for at least 11 times.Under solvent-free condition and catalyst-to-furfuryl-alcohol mass ratio of 1∶25,selectivity to 1,2-pentanediol was still as high as 42.3%,and the catalyst could be reused for at least 7 times.
