摘　　要：目的:探讨互联网技术的应用对体育专业学生推铅球技术教学效果的影响。方法:将学生随机分为实验组和对照组,并对实验前后的相关成绩进行统计分析。结果:实验后实验组学生背向滑步推铅球成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.01);实验组学生课后积极进行练习的比例明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:引入“互联网+”手段的教学法有利于促进学生课后练习的积极性,对提高体育专业田径课技术教学效果起到了积极作用。Objective:This paper discusses the influence of the application of Internet technology on the effects of teaching shot put techniques for sports majors. Methods:The students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and the relevant scores before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed. Results:After the experiment, the score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01);the proportion of students who actively practiced after class in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01). Conclusion:The teaching method with introduction of the "Internet+" is conducive to promoting students’ enthusiasm for after-school practice and improving the technical teaching effect of track and field majors in physical education.
