摘 要:针对铁路集装箱运输零担货物的二维装载问题,建立考虑货物配送路径的空间利用优化模型,提出一种基于货物面积块的混合模拟退火算法,该算法包含用于求解可行装载方案的引导搜索算法和用于优化装载方案的模拟退火算法,并通过算例对优化模型和混合模拟退火算法在求解集装箱二维装载问题的有效性进行验证。结果表明:采用混合模拟退火算法对初始装载方案进行优化后,集装箱空间利用率提高了6.77%。研究成果对于提高零担货物的二维装箱空间利用率和配送效率具有一定参考意义。Aiming at the two-dimensional loading problem of the LTL cargo of railway container transportation,an optimization model of space utilization was established,which considers the distribution path of the goods.A hybrid simulated annealing algorithm based on the area block of the goods was proposed.The algorithm contains the guidance search algorithm for the solution of the feasible loading scheme and the simulation of the optimization of the loading scheme.The effectiveness of the optimization model and the hybrid simulated annealing algorithm in solving the two-dimensional container loading problem was verified by an example.The results show that after the optimization of the initial loading scheme,the utilization ratio of container space is increased by 6.77%.The research results have certain reference significance for improving the utilization rate of two-dimensional packing space and distribution efficiency of LCL goods.
