摘 要:数控系统正逐步向着灵活性、组件化、可重构的开放式体系结构的方向发展。用软件复用 ,软件重构等软件开发新技术对开放式数控系统进行研究 ,已成为一种趋势。在系统阐述COM组件技术的概念及特点的基础上 ,分析了基于COM技术下的开放式数控系统的特点 ,并对数控系统组件进行系统划分与分析。利用COM技术的二进制语言无关性、进程透明性、可重用性及接口规范性等特点 ,对数控插补组件的实现 ,插补组件接口设计 ,插补组件对象的创建进行了研究。将所开发的插补组件与其它数控组件进行连接 ,取得较好的效果。同时对数控组件的实时性进行了分析。CNC system is gradually developing toward flexible, component modular and re-configurable of open CNC system's structure. It's beginning a research direction in open CNC system with the software reuse and re-configurable technology. Based on the expound of concepts and characteristics of component technology, open CNC system's characteristics are analyzed based on COM and open CNC system is divided into several components. With the characteristics of binary language irrelevant, thread transparent, re-configurable and normative interface of COM technology, open CNC system's interpolate-compensation component in interpolate-compensation component achieved, interface designed and object created are researched. Better effects are achieved by connecting the interpolate-compensation component with the other CNC components. At the same time, the CNC component's real-time control problem is analyzed.
