摘  要:针对吉林省某高镁型低品位硫化镍矿石,利用细菌氧化堆浸工艺,通过诱变驯化培养高效率的浸矿菌株,对催化剂及柱浸粒度、制粒与否、浸出pH、接种菌量等工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明:使用诱变改良菌种H4_(3),在柱浸粒度-10 mm、浸出pH值2、接种菌量30%、氧化浸出时间150 d、室温及添加Ag^(+)催化剂的条件下,镍、铜浸出率分别为72.22%、71.03%,指标良好,为低品位硫化镍矿石资源的开发利用提供了技术依据。The biological oxidation heap leaching process where high-efficiency leaching strains are domesticated and cultivated is used to treat certain high magnesium and low-grade nickel sulfide ores from Jilin Province.The process conditions such as catalyst and column grain size, granulation, leaching pH and bacterial inoculation amount are studied.The results show that the leaching rates of nickel and copper are 72.22 % and 71.03 % respectively under the conditions: column grain size of-10 mm, leaching pH value of 2,bacterial inoculation amount of 30 %,biological oxidation heap leaching for 150 d, room temperature and addition of Ag^(+) catalyst.The index is good.The study provides technical basis for the development and utilization of low-grade nickel sulfide ore resources.
