摘　　要：涟钢煤化公司74^(#)炭化室炉头部位炉墙出现鼓肚,造成该炭化室装煤困难,煤饼高度仅能达到正常高度的40%左右。针对该问题总结并分析了74^(#)炭化室炉墙受损的具体原因,并提出了相关应对措施。Since bulging deformation appeared on the oven end of the 74^(#) coking chamber of Hunan Lianyuan Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,it caused difficulty in charging coal into the current chamber,and the coal cake can only reach to about 40 percent of normal charge height.This paper analyzes the causes of heating wall damages to 74^(#) coking chamber,and puts forward solutions.
