摘　　要：通过对焦化厂煤气净化车间粗苯工段的备用泵在线切换时,电流异常变大,超过电机额定电流,影响正常生产的现象,综合分析了导致电机电流变大的多个原因。最终确定是由于负荷流量变大造成,经过核算叶轮容积,适当切削叶轮外径,故障得以消除。In this paper,when the standby pump in crude benzene unit of by-products plant is switched on-line,the current gets abnormally high,exceeding the rated current of motor and affecting normal production.An overall analysis is made for potential causes of the motor current increasing.The cause is finally pinpointed at impeller overload due to increased flow.After calculating the impeller volume and appropriately cutting the impeller outer diameter,the fault is eliminated.
