摘 要:目的:观察生物反馈电刺激联合Kegel运动治疗产后压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者的效果。方法:选取100例产后SUI患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组各50例。对照组实施Kegel运动,观察组在对照组基础上联合生物反馈电刺激治疗,治疗1个月后,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后尿动力学指标[最大尿道闭合压(MUCP)、功能性尿道长度(FPL)及尿道最大测量压(PMU)]水平及盆底功能指标(静息肌电值、持续收缩力)水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的76.00%(38/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组MUCP、FPL、PMU水平及静息肌电值、持续收缩力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈电刺激联合Kegel运动治疗产后SUI效果理想,能提高患者盆底肌功能,改善其尿动力学指标水平,效果优于单用Kegel运动。Objective:To observe effects of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel exercise in treatment of postpartum patients with stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods:100 postpartum patients with SUI were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given Kegel exercise,while the observation group received biofeedback electrical stimulation on the basis of that of the control group.After 1 month of treatment,the clinical effects,the urodynamic indicator levels[maximum urethral closure pressure(MUCP),functional urethral length(FPL),maximum urethral pressure(PMU)]and the pelvic floor function indexes[resting EMG,sustained contractility]levels were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than the control group of 76.00%(38/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the levels of MUCP,FPL,PMU,resting EMG,and continuous contractility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel exercise has an ideal effect in the treatment of postpartum SUI,which can not only improve the pelvic floor muscle function of these patients,but also improve their urodynamic indicator levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Kegel exercise.
