摘 要:为分析大叶山蚂蝗对缺磷胁迫的响应,在水培条件下对其进行正常供磷(+P)和缺磷(-P)处理,并检测干重、磷含量及叶片脂质的变化。结果发现,-P处理10 d后,大叶山蚂蝗的地上部干重和磷含量显著降低。随后,对叶片的脂质组分析共鉴定到240个脂质,其中-P与+P处理间的差异脂质82个(上调43个,下调39个)。-P处理上调的脂质均不含磷,包括38个糖脂、3个甘油脂和2个固醇脂。而-P处理下调的脂质均为磷脂,包括14个磷脂酰乙醇胺、8个磷脂酰甘油,6个磷脂酰肌醇,5个磷脂酸,3个磷脂酰丝氨酸,1个磷脂酰胆碱,1个溶血磷脂酰胆碱,1个磷脂酰乙醇。本研究结果揭示了以不含磷的脂质替代磷脂是大叶山蚂蝗叶片适应缺磷胁迫的机制之一。To analyze the response of Desmodium gangeticum to phosphorus deficiency stress,the plant was subjected to normal phosphorus supply(+P)and phosphorus deficiency(-P)treatments under hydroponic conditions and the changes of dry weight,phosphorus content and leaf lipids were determined.Results showed that the above-ground dry weight and phosphorus content of Desmodium gangeticum were significantly reduced after 10 days of-P treatment.Subsequently,lipidomic analysis of leaves identified a total of 240 lipids,including 82 differentially regulated lipids(43 up-regulated and 39 down-regulated)between the-P and+P treatments.The up-regulated lipids under-P treatment were all non-phosphorus ones,including 38 saccharolipids,3 glycerolipids and 2 sterolipids.In contrast,all lipids down-regulated by-P treatment were phospholipids,including 14 phosphatidylethano-lamine,8 phosphatidylglycerol,6 phosphatidylinositol,5 phosphatidic acid,3 phosphatidylserine,1 phosphatidylcholine,1 lyso-phosphatidylcholine,and 1 phosphatidylethanol.The results of this study reveal that the replacement of phospholipids by lipids that do not contain phosphorus is one of mechanisms,by which the leaves of Desmodium gangeticum adapt themselves to phosphorus deficiency stress.
