摘　　要：一次盐水工序原采用预处理+膜过滤工艺,随着运行时间的延长,预处理器内衬老化脱落严重,造成筒体渗漏、内构件变形,严重影响一次盐水装置的稳定运行。提出采用SST膜过滤器替代原工艺的实施方案。改造后,运行效果良好,并避免了预处理器老化而影响生产的问题。The primary brine process was originally composed of pretreatment and membrane filtration.As time went on,the lining of the pretreater aged and peeled off seriously,which caused the leaking of cylinder and the deformation of internal components As a result,the stable operation of the primary brine unit was seriously affected.An implementation scheme of substituting SST membrane filter for the original process was put forward After the transformation was implemented,the process operated well,and the problem that the aging of the pretreater affected the production was avoided.
