摘　　要：在电解系统正常运行时,为确保安全生产,必须开1台氟利昂氯气冷凝机组空载运行,这样就增加了电能消耗。从安全和节约成本的角度考虑,将氟利昂制冷机组应用于膜法除硝工艺制备芒硝。介绍了应用方案,并分析了经济效益。During the normal operation of electrolysis system,one Freon chlorine condensing unit must be no-load operated in order to ensure safe production Therefore,the power consumption was increased.From the perspective of safety and cost saving,the Freon refrigeration unit was applied to membraneprocess sulfate removal to prepare mirabilite The application scheme was introduced,and the economic benefits were analyzed.
