祛湿止脱方外洗治疗早期雄激素性脱发临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察祛湿止脱方外洗治疗早期雄激素性脱发的临床疗效及安全性。方法将124例患者随机分2组,每组62例。治疗组用祛湿止脱方外洗,对照组外搽5%米诺地尔酊。2周为1疗程,2个疗程结束后进行疗效分析,比较脱发数量、头屑、油脂分泌情况、瘙痒、不良反应等。结果治疗组总有效率为88.52%,对照组为63.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后,2组前后比较,脱发、油腻、鳞屑、瘙痒4大症状均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),组间比较,治疗组脱发、鳞屑、油腻症状的改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),瘙痒症状改善2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗结束后,治疗组与对照组患者满意度分别为90.16%、70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均未出现不良反应;复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论祛湿止脱方外洗治疗早期雄激素性脱发的临床疗效好,患者满意度高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of external washing with Qushizhituo prescription in the treatment of early androgenetic alopecia patients.Methods:124 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,62 cases each group.The treatment group was washed with Qushizhituo prescription and the control group was painted with 5%minoxidil tincture.2 weeks was a course of treatment.After the two courses of treatment,the effect was analyzed.The amount of hair loss,dandruff,oil secretion,itching and adverse reactions of the patients was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.52%,and that of the control group was 63.33%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with that of the prior treatment,the hair loss,scaling,greasy symptom and itching were significantly improved(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the improvement of hair loss,scaling and greasy symptom in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance difference in the improvement of itching symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the satisfaction rate of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were 90.16%and 70.00%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in either group.There was no statistical significant difference in recurrence rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:The external washing with Qushizhituo prescrition has a good clinical effect in the treatment of early androgenetic alopecia,and the patients’satisfaction is high.
