右归胶囊及舒肝解郁胶囊联合舍曲林治疗肾虚肝郁型原发性早泄临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察右归胶囊及舒肝解郁胶囊联合舍曲林治疗肾虚肝郁型原发性早泄的临床疗效。方法将120例原发性肾虚肝郁型早泄患者随机分配于A组、B组、C组,年龄分别为(26.1±3.5)岁、(25.4±3.6)岁、(26.5±3.5)岁。A组予右归胶囊每次4粒、舒肝解郁胶囊每次4粒,1天3次餐后口服;B组予舍曲林50 mg,中午口服1次;C组予右归胶囊每次4粒、舒肝解郁胶囊每次4粒,1天3次餐后口服,舍曲林50 mg,中午口服1次。分别于治疗前、治疗3周后、治疗6周后观测证候积分、射精潜伏期(IELT)。结果3组患者治疗后证候积分均较前改善(P<0.01),3组间比较,C组改善更为明显,优于其他2组(P<0.01)。3组患者治疗后IELT均较前改善(P<0.01),3组间比较,C组改善更明显,优于其他2组(P<0.01)。结论右归胶囊及舒肝解郁胶囊联合舍曲林治疗肾虚肝郁型原发性早泄疗效确切,可在临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yougui Capsule and Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with sertraline in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation.Methods:120 premature ejaculation patients with primary kidney deficiency and liver stagnation were randomly assigned to group A,group B,and group C,with the ages of(26.1±3.5)years,(25.4±3.6)years,and(26.5±3.5)years,respectively.Group A was given 4 pieces of Yougui Capsule and 4 pieces of Shugan Jieyu Capsule each time,3 times a day,orally after meals.Group B was given sertraline 50 mg,orally once at noon.Group C was given 4 pieces of Yougui Capsules and 4 pieces of Shugan Jieyu Capsule each time,3 times a day after meals,and sertraline 50 mg,once at noon.The syndrome scores and ejaculation latency(IELT)were observed before treatment,after 3-week treatment,and after 6-week treatment.Results:The syndrome scores of the three groups were improved after treatment(P<0.01).Compared among the three groups,the improvement of group C was more obvious,which was better than that of the other two groups(P<0.01).The IELT of the three groups all improved after treatment(P<0.01).Among the three groups,the improvement of group C was more obvious,which was better than that of the other two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yougui Capsule and Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with sertraline are effective in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation type and can be popularized and applied in clinic.
