摘 要:为解决风力发电机定子测温元件更换难的问题,设计了五种可更换测温元件的安装方案。安装后对风力发电机分别进行了稳态温升试验,将得到的结果与传统安装方案所得结果进行对比,得到了两种测温效果较好的测温元件安装方案。最后针对这两种方案进行了现场试验,结果表明:定子铁芯齿部安装方案与定子绕组端部安装方案的测温效果较好,只需在使用时适当调整定子监测报警温度,即可对发电机定子绕组温度起到较好的监控效果,有效提高了风力发电机定子温度检测系统的可靠性与可维修性,具有较好的应用价值。In order to solve the problem of difficult replacement of stator temperature measuring elements of wind turbines, five installation solutions are designed. After installation, steady-state temperature rise experiments of wind turbine generator are carried out respectively to obtain the readings of the five locations and compare them with the results obtained from the traditional temperature measurement element installation scheme. The results show that the stator core tooth mounting solution and the stator winding end mounting solution have a better temperature measurement effect, and that the stator monitoring alarm temperature can be adjusted appropriately when in use to provide a better warning effect for the generator stator winding temperature exceeding the standard. It has a good application value.
