摘 要:本文从混沌脉宽调制在电机驱动系统中的工程应用角度出发,分析不同调制策略下的电流频谱特性,根据潜艇特有的声隐身性能要求,提出了衡量调制策略优劣的重要参数-线谱抑制系数,并与电流最大谐波峰值一同作为电流谱的考核指标,利用差分进化算法对混沌参数进行优化,并采用有限元软件对不同调制策略下的电磁激振力进行了仿真计算,验证了混沌脉宽调制在抑制高频电磁力方面的有效性,同时实验表明混沌脉宽调制在降低开关频率及其倍频处的振幅和抑制特征线谱方面效果明显,有利于提高潜艇的声隐身性能。In this paper, from the perspective of engineering application of chaotic pulse width modulation(CPWM) in motor drive system, the current spectrum characteristics of different modulation strategies are analyzed. According to the unique acoustic stealth performance requirements of the ship, line spectrum suppression coefficient, an important parameter for evaluating the modulation strategy, is proposed, and it is used together with the current maximum harmonic peak as the evaluation index of the current spectrum. The Differential Evolution(DE) algorithm is used to optimize the chaotic parameters, and the finite element software is used to simulate the electromagnetic excitation force under different modulation strategies, which verifies the effectiveness of CPWM in suppressing high-frequency electromagnetic force. At the same time, experiments show that CPWM has obvious effects in reducing the vibration amplitude of the switching frequency and its multiplier and suppressing the characteristic line spectrum. It is beneficial to improve the acoustic stealth performance of the submarine.
