摘 要:近年来,埃尼集团油气上游业务发展取得了卓越成绩,主要与其公司管理及战略、资产分布、经营手段等因素密不可分。埃尼集团推行“双E”模式经营,连续获得重大油气发现,实现了项目低成本快速开发,并形成良性循环发展。鉴于中国的石油企业面临海外勘探区块面积大幅缩减,风险勘探成功率不高,新增权益储量有限、储采比低,资产品质不高、经济性不佳,导致资源开发多次延期等问题,通过深入剖析埃尼集团油气上游业务发展经验,为中国的石油企业持续推进提质增效和绿色发展,以及海外业务高质量发展,提供学习和借鉴参考。In recent years,Eni has made outstanding achievements in oil and gas upstream business development.The reason is mainly related to Eni’s management and strategies,asset distribution,marketing methods and other factors.Through implementing the business model of exploration and exploitation,Eni has continuously obtained major oil and gas discoveries,achieved low-cost and rapid development of the projects,and formed a virtuous circle of development.Due to the fact that China’s oil enterprises are facing a substantial reduction in the area of overseas exploration blocks,low success rate of risk exploration,limited new equity reserves,low reserve-production ratio,low asset quality and poor economy,it caused multiple delays in resource development and other problems.Through in-depth analysis of Eni’s oil and gas upstream business development experiences,it provides learning and reference for China’s oil enterprises to continue to promote quality and efficiency improvement and green development,as well as high-quality development of overseas business.
