摘 要:目的:研究通体结香技术诱导沉香形成的作用过程。方法:根据《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版沉香质量标准,对通体结香技术处理30 d内产生的沉香样品进行性状、沉香四醇质量分数、结香面积比率、特征图谱分析,并对部分特征型倍半萜类和芳香类化合物进行含量测定。结果:通体结香技术处理白木香第4~5天,木间韧皮部和射线细胞出现树脂类物质,形成环形沉香层,沉香结香率由4.31%急剧上升至8.11%。结香30 d可形成明显的沉香层结构,薄层色谱和特征图谱结果与对照药材一致。沉香四醇质量分数在结香30 d内由0.001%增长至0.034%,整体呈上升趋势。部分芳香类化合物和沉香特征性倍半萜类化合物分别在第1~8天和第9~16天开始产生并累积。结论:通体结香技术处理30 d能够诱导沉香快速形成和稳定积累。Objective:To investigate the process of agarwood produced by whole-tree agarwood-inducing technique(Agar-WIT).Methods:The characteristic,mass fraction of agarotetrol,agarwood area ratio and characteristic chromatogram of agarwood produced by Agar-WIT within 30 days were analyzed against the standards in Chinese Pharmacopeia(2020edition),and the content of some characteristic sesquiterpenoids and aromatic compounds was determined.Results:On the4thto 5thday after the treatment,resinous substance appeared in the interxylary phloem and rays of the agarwood,forming an annular agarwood layer,and the agarwood formation rate increased sharply from 4.31% to 8.11%.A clear agarwood layer structure can be formed within 30 days of treatment,and the results of thin-layer chromatography(TCL) and characteristic chromatogram of agarwood were consistent with the reference medicinal material.The mass fraction of agarotetrol increased from 0.001% to 0.034% within 30 days,showing an upward trend as a whole.Some aromatic compounds and characteristic sesquiterpenoids of agarwood began to form and accumulate in the 1stto 8thday and 9thto 16thday,respectively.Conclusion:Agar-WIT can promote the rapid formation and stable accumulation of agarwood within 30 days.
