摘 要:结合实际生产情况,针对6082铝合金棒材在线淬火工艺进行分析研究,解决在线淬火硬度不均的问题。研究结果表明,采用水冷加风管淬火方式,使水槽内部水呈翻滚式流动,带走棒材表面细小的气泡,不仅加强了淬火效果,还可防止棒材表面产生氧化膜;使用专用挡板,水槽底部加风管,增加底部水的流动交换,将淬火时产生的气泡带走,防止淬火不均,使时效前后硬度合格;选用优化后的合金成分、工艺参数、淬火方式以及180℃×8 h时效制度时效,可以实现表面质量好、性能优越的挤压棒材在线生产。This paper analyzes and studies the on-line quenching process of 6082 aluminum alloy rice heavy bar to solve the problem of uneven quenching hardness based on the actual production situation.The research results show that the water cooling and air duct quenching method makes the water tumble inside the water tank to increase fluidity,and takes away the small bubbles on the surface of the bar,which not only strengthens the quenching method,but also prevents the oxide film on the surface of the bar.Use the spe⁃cial baffle for the sink,connect the preset position at the bottom of the sink to the air supply pipe,increase the flow circulation at the bottom,take away the bubbles generated on the surface of the profile during quenching,prevent uneven quenching,and the hardness is qualified before and after aging.The alloy composition,process parameters,quenching method and aging method of 180°C×8 h ag⁃ing system are selected to realize the online production of extruded bar with good surface quality and superior performance.
