摘 要:为了研究在使用铝合金试块时试验温度、扩散角、孔径及孔深对超声波检测中横波斜探头K值的影响,对CSK-ⅢA铝合金试块及CSK-ⅠA铝合金试块上不同孔径及埋藏深度的横孔进行K值测试。试验结果表明:在室温条件下进行测试时,孔径越小,扩散角越小,则测量的误差就会越小;当孔深超过近场区长度时测量的K值比较准确,特别是当孔深超过两倍近场区长度时,测量结果的误差最小。此外,温度对测试结果也有影响。In order to study the effect of the temperature,angle of spread,the diamter of hole and the depth of hole on the ultrasonic testing affected the shear wave angle probe K value when using aluminum alloy test block,K value test was conducted using the differ⁃ent diameter and buried depth of the cross-drilled hole on the CSK-ⅢA and CSK-ⅠA standard test blocks which were maded of aluminum alloy.The results show that when the test is carried out at room temperature,the smaller the aperture and the smaller the diffusion angle,the smaller the measurement error will be.When the hole depth exceeds the near-field length,the measured K value is more accurate,especially when the hole depth exceeds twice the near-field length,the measurement error is minimum.In addition,temperature also has an impact on the test results.
