基于HIS系统的精准权限匹配门禁在手术部病理标本管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:对手术相关人员进入病理标本间的权限进行管控,保障手术标本安全和提高工作效率,实现病理标本的精准管控。方法:建立基于人脸、指纹及无线射频识别技术(radio frequency identification,RFID)的手术部病理标本间门禁权限精准管理系统。该系统通过联动医院信息系统(HIS)、手术行为管理系统、关系型数据库(SQL Server)、手术-麻醉系统,依据手术人员当天排班日程,在手术病理标本产生到手术结束特定的时间段内授予手术人员门禁权限,门禁机通过识别手术人员的人脸、RFID、指纹等信息判断准入标本间的权限。结果:标本间门禁系统使用后,进出标本间耗时、标本相关不良事件较使用前比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:手术室标本间门禁权限精准匹配管理系统的建立,进一步完善手术部智能门禁体系,提升了医护工作效率,为标本安全管理提供了更多保障,利于管理效率的提高。Objective:To control the permission of surgical personnel to enter pathological specimens,ensure the safety of surgical specimens and improve work efficiency,and achieve accurate control of pathological specimens.Methods:An accurate access control permission management system was established based on human face,fingerprint and radio frequency identification(RFID).Through the linkage of hospital information system(HIS),surgical behavior management system,relational database(SQL Server)and operator-anesthesia system,according to the schedule of the day of the operation,the system granted access control rights to the operation personnel within a specific period from the generation of surgical pathological specimens to the end of the operation.The access control machine determines the permission of access between specimens by identifying the face,RFID,fingerprint and other information of surgical personnel.Results:After the use of access control system between specimens,there were statistically significant differences in time consuming between specimens and taxidermy-related adverse events(P<0.01).Conclusion:The establishment of the accurate matching management system of access control authority in the operating room specimen room further improves the intelligent access control system in the operating department,improves the work efficiency of medical care,provides more guarantee for specimen safety management,and is conducive to the improvement of management efficiency.
