摘　　要：目的:构建Stanford A型主动脉夹层围术期护理质量评价指标体系,为临床护理管理提供可量化的评价指标。方法:以循证为基础,以Donabedian的结构⁃过程⁃结果三维质量评价模式为理论框架,构建Stanford A型主动脉夹层围术期护理质量评价指标体系。结果:两轮函询专家的积极系数均为100%,权威系数均>0.80,结构指标、过程指标和结果指标专家意见的肯德尔协调系数均具有统计学意义(P<0.001),构建了37条围术期护理质量敏感指标,其中结构指标8条,过程指标19条,结果指标10条。结论:构建的Stanford A型主动脉夹层围术期护理质量评价指标覆盖范围全面,可信度高,可为临床Stanford A型主动脉夹层围术期护理质量提供量化评价指标。Objective:To construct a perioperative nursing quality evaluation index system for Stanford type A aortic dissection and to provide quantifiable evaluation indexes for clinical nursing management.Methods:Based on evidence⁃based and Donabedian's structure⁃process⁃outcome quality of care model as the theoretical framework,Stanford type A aortic dissection's perioperative nursing quality evaluation index system was constructed.Results:The positive coefficients of the two rounds of correspondence with experts were 100%,the authority coefficients were all>0.80,and there were statistically significant differences in the Kendall coordination coefficients of the expert opinions of structural indicators,process indicators,and outcome indicators(P<0.001).A total of 37 sensitive indicators of perioperative nursing were constructed,including 8 structure indicators,19 process indicators,and 10 outcome indicators.Conclusions:The constructed evaluation index of the perioperative nursing quality of Stanford type A aortic dissection had comprehensive coverage and high reliability,providing the quantitative evaluation index for clinical nursing quality of Stanford type A aortic dissection in the perioperative period.
