近二十年来新疆旅游业发展的社会经济效益对比分析

摘　　要：从旅游收入效益、旅游创汇效益、旅游就业效益3个方面对1998—2007年与2008—2018年的两个时段的新疆旅游业发展的社会经济效益进行了对比分析,得出以下结论:(1)新疆旅游业在新疆经济中的支柱作用更加明显,对第三产业的贡献极为显著。(2)新疆旅游业发展态势好,创汇增速明显,已经超过中国旅游业创汇增速;新疆及中国贸易出口创汇速度均有所降低,但新疆贸易出口占全国贸易出口的比重有所上升;新疆旅游创汇占外贸创汇的比重有所提升。(3)2011—2017年,新疆旅游业从业人数占新疆总从业人数及新疆第三产业总从业人数比重均高于中国旅游业从业人数占中国总从业人数及中国第三产业总从业人数的比重,并提出了提高新疆社会经济效益的对策建议。This paper made a comparative analysis of the social and economic benefits of Xinjiang’s tourism development in 1998-2007 and 2008-2018 from three aspects: tourism revenue benefits, tourism earning benefits and tourism employment benefits. We drew the following conclusions:(1) Xinjiang’s tourism industry plays a more obvious pillar role in Xinjiang’s economy, and its contribution to the tertiary industry is extremely significant.(2) Xinjiang’s tourism industry is developing well, and its foreign exchange earning growth is fast, which has already surpassed that of China’s tourism industry;The foreign exchange earning growth of Xinjiang and China’s trade exports has decreased, but the proportion of Xinjiang’s trade exports to the national trade exports has increased;The proportion of foreign exchange earned by tourism in Xinjiang has increased.(3) From 2011 to 2017, the proportions of employees in Xinjiang’s tourism industry to the total employees in Xinjiang and the total employees in Xinjiang’s tertiary industry were higher than the proportions of employees in China’s tourism industry to the total employees in China and the total employees in China’s tertiary industry, and some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the social and economic benefits of Xinjiang.
