摘　　要：应急救援是高速公路事故发生后保护生命财产的最后一道防线,对于立体复合高速公路,特别是立体层,更需要强有效的应急救援保障。通过梳理立体复合高速公路的立体层设计特点,结合典型项目,提出利用立体层与地面层连接道、互通立交匝道,配合强干预类交通流组织措施,开展立体层应急交通组织与疏散,并提出立体层应急救援措施建议,为相关部门决策和采取工程与管理措施提供依据。Emergency rescue is the last line of defense to protect life and property after highway accidents. For the stereoscopic composite expressway, especially the stereoscopic layer, strong and effective emergency rescue should be guaranteed. By combing the design characteristics of the stereoscopic layer in the typical project, in the paper it is put forward that the connecting road between the stereoscopic layer and the ground layer, the interchange ramp should be utilized to carry out the stereoscopic layer emergency traffic organization and evacuation, with the strong traffic flow organization measures. Simultaneously, the stereoscopic layer emergency rescue measures and suggestions are proposed. The research results provide a basis for relevant departments to make decisions and take engineering and management measures.
