东亚共同体与东亚共同价值的可能性

摘　　要：自冷战结束,东亚各国间的政治、经济、文化交流愈发密切并逐渐呈现出区域化的趋势。近年来的相关动向越来越显示出,不能仅仅依靠经济手段来展望或思考东亚的共同体构建,还需要进一步发掘与研究其背后能够发挥重要支撑作用的东亚共同价值。此共同价值源于东亚的传统社会,并接受东亚国家共同历史经验的陶冶与锤炼,兼具对内普遍性与对外特殊性。东亚独具特色的家族概念、人情道德与伦理的社会秩序以及互助包容的自他关系等要素,是“东亚”价值的最大公约数。未来的东亚共同体,将是一种基于经济密切往来并拥有共同身份认同,与外部互通有无、取长补短,共同推进人类社会发展的共同体。Since 1990 s,the relationships of politics,economy and culture between East Asian countries becomes more intimate and a trend of regionalization grows.Especially in recent years,some new developments showed that to study the East Asian Community simply from the economic perspective is insufficient and the East Asian values which would play an important role also should be researched.The East Asian values can have internal universality and external particularity,which were born in the traditional society and shaped by the common historical experiences.Concepts such as family with characteristic of East Asia,humanity,ethics and the interpersonal relationship of cooperation,can be part of the East Asian values.The East Asian community in the future is based on the close economic relationship and regional identity,which adhere to the principles of common development and the cooperation with other regional organizations.
