猪流行性腹泻疫苗不同免疫程序的效果评估

摘　　要：为了探讨不同免疫程序对猪流行性腹泻疫苗免疫效果的影响,本试验选取猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)抗原、抗体双阴的怀孕母猪,随机分为5个组,每组25头,分别给予2次猪腹泻二联灭活苗、2次猪腹泻二联活苗、1次猪腹泻二联活苗+1次猪腹泻二联灭活苗、2次猪腹泻二联活苗+1次猪腹泻二联灭活苗和疫苗稀释液(对照组)免疫。母猪产仔当天收集初乳样本,采用ELISA法检测PEDV的IgA抗体,筛出优秀免疫组,同时进行母源抗体持续时间检测。结果显示:2次猪腹泻二联活苗+1次猪腹泻二联灭活苗免疫后抗体整齐度最好,乳汁中IgA抗体阳性率为97.5%,IgA抗体持续时间达12d以上;2次猪腹泻二联活苗免疫后乳汁中IgA抗体阳性率为93.75%,效果优于1次猪腹泻二联活苗+1次猪腹泻二联灭活苗免疫;2次猪腹泻二联灭活苗免疫后乳汁中IgA抗体阳性率为38.13%,抗体水平最差。结果表明,猪腹泻二联活苗单独2次免疫或与猪腹泻二联灭活苗组合使用效果优于猪腹泻二联灭活苗单独使用。This study examined the influence of different immunization procedures on the efficacy of porcine epidemic diarrhea vaccines.Pregnant sows with epidemic diarrhea antigen and antibody double negative were assigned in five groups,with 25 each,and given 2 times porcine diarrhea bigeminal inactivated vaccine,2 times porcine diarrhea bigeminal live vaccine,1 time porcine diarrhea bigeminal live vaccine+1 time porcine diarrhea bigeminal inactivated vaccine,2 times porcine diarrhea bigeminal live vaccine+1 time porcine diarrhea bigeminal inactivated vaccine,and vaccine diluent only(control group),respectively.Colostrum samples were collected from sows on the day of birth,and IgA antibody of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus was detected by ELISA.Effective immune group was screened out,and continuous test of maternal antibody was conducted at the same time.The results showed that the antibody uniformity was the best after immunization with 2 times porcine diarrhea bigeminal live vaccine+1 time porcine diarrhea bigeminal inactivated vaccine,yielding the positive rate of IgA antibody in milk at 97.5%,and the duration of IgA antibody for more than 12 days.The positive rate of IgA antibody in milk of the group immunized with 2 times porcine diarrhea bigeminal live vaccine was 93.75%,which was better than that of the group immunized with 1 time porcine diarrhea bigeminal live vaccine+1 time porcine diarrhea bigeminal inactivated vaccine.The positive rate of IgA antibody in milk was 38.13%in 2 times porcine diarrhea bigeminal inactivated vaccinev group.Thus,the efficacy of 2 times porcine diarrhea bigeminal live vaccine alone or in combination with porcine diarrhea bigeminal inactivated vaccine was better than that of porcine diarrhea bigeminal inactivated vaccine only.
