摘 要:为了探索清解败毒颗粒的主要药效学原理,本试验对清解败毒颗粒的镇咳、祛痰、平喘和抗炎作用进行了研究。采用小鼠氨水诱咳、气管段酚红排泄法和二甲苯耳肿胀法分别评价清解败毒颗粒镇咳、祛痰和抗炎的作用;采用豚鼠组胺引喘法观察其平喘作用。结果显示:镇咳试验中,清解败毒颗粒高、中、低剂量组小鼠咳嗽潜伏期明显延长、咳嗽次数减少,与造模组相比差异极显著(P<0.01),与麻杏石甘散组相比差异显著(P<0.05),但与复方甘草浙贝氯化铵片组效果基本一致(P>0.05);祛痰试验中,同造模组相比,清解败毒颗粒可显著增加小鼠气管酚红的排泄量(P<0.01),其中高、中剂量组效果高于低剂量组和麻杏石甘散组(P<0.05),但与复方甘草浙贝氯化铵片组无显著差异(P>0.05);平喘试验中,清解败毒颗粒高、中、低剂量组具有延长豚鼠引咳潜伏期的作用,效果与麻杏石甘散、氨茶碱片基本一致,但极显著高于造模组(P<0.01);抗炎试验中,清解败毒颗粒高、中、低剂量组对小鼠二甲苯所致的耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01),其肿胀抑制率分别为72.44%、49.21%、24.80%,均高于麻杏石甘散组(20.08%),其中高剂量组肿胀抑制率略高于醋酸地塞米松片组(64.96%)。结果表明清解败毒颗粒具有良好的镇咳、祛痰、平喘及抗炎作用。This study aimed to evaluate the antitussive,expectorant,anti-asthmatic and anti-inflammatory effects of Qingjiebaidu granules.Specifically,ammonia induced cough in mice,tracheal phenol red excretion method and the xylene ear swelling method were used to assess the antitussive,expectorant and anti-inflammatory effects of Qingjiebaidu granules;and histamine induced asthma in guinea pigs was used to observe the anti-asthmatic effect of Qingjiebaidu granules.The results showed that in the antitussive test,Qingjiebaidu granules high-,medium-and low-dose groups significantly prolonged the incubation period of coughing and reduced the number of coughs in mice,compared to model group(P<0.01)and Maxingshigansan group(P<0.05),but were similar to compound glycyrrhiza zhebei ammonium chloride tablets group(P>0.05).In the expectorant test,compared with model group,Qingjiebaidu granules significantly increased the excretion of phenol red in the trachea of mice(P<0.01);the effect of high-and medium-dose group was higher than that of low-dose group and Maxingshigansan group(P<0.05),but no significant difference from compound glycyrrhiza zhebei ammonium chloride tablets group(P>0.05).In the antiasthmatic test,Qingjiebaidu granules high-,medium-,and low-dose groups had the effect of prolonging the incubation period of cough in guinea pigs,and the effect was basically the same as that of Maxingshigan powder and aminophylline tablets but significantly higher than model group(P<0.01).In the anti-inflammatory test,Qingjiebaidu granules high-,medium-,and low-dose groups had a significant effect on reducing the ear swelling caused by xylene in mice(P<0.01);the swelling inhibition rates were 72.44%,49.21%,24.80%,which were higher than Maxingshigansan group(20.08%);the swelling inhibition rate of the high-dose group was slightly higher than that of dexamethasone acetate tablets group(64.96%).Thus,Qingjiebaidu granules demonstrate good antitussive,expectorant,anti-asthmatic and anti-inflammatory effects.
