摘 要:以室内筛选出的亚洲玉米螟抗性品系ACB-AcR为试验对象,敏感品系ACB-BtS为对照,采用种群生命表比较法研究亚洲玉米螟对Cry1Ac蛋白产生抗性后是否适合度代价。结果表明,ACB-AcR从卵发育到成虫的概率为0.40,ACB-BtS从卵发育到成虫的概率为0.53,两者存在显著差异;抗性品系ACB-AcR的1龄和3龄幼虫发育历期为2.90 d±0.04 d和3.02 d±0.09 d,敏感品系ACB-BtS的1龄和3龄幼虫发育历期为2.10 d±0.03 d和2.20 d±0.05 d,两者差异显著,其他龄期幼虫发育历期无显著差异;ACB-AcR的幼虫化蛹率为(53.04±4.10)%,ACB-BtS的幼虫化蛹率为(72.75±6.08)%,两者存在显著差异。亚洲玉米螟对Cry1Ac蛋白产生抗性后,幼虫存活率和化蛹率会降低,1龄和3龄幼虫发育历期延长,表明亚洲玉米螟对Cry1Ac蛋白产生抗性后存在一定适合度代价。Taking the ACB-AcR resistant strain of ACB screened in the laboratory as the test object and the ACB-BtS susceptible strain as the control,the fitness cost of ACB after developing resistance to Cry1Ac protein was studied with population life table comparison method.The results showed that the probability of ACB-AcR developing from egg to adult was 0.40,and in ACB-BtS was 0.53,which was a significant difference between the two strains.The larvae developmental durations in 1st and 3rd instar of ACB-AcR were 2.90 d±0.04 d and 3.02 d±0.09 d respectively,and the larvae developmental durations in 1st and 3rd instar of ACB-BtS were 2.10 d±0.03 d and 2.20 d±0.05 d,the difference between the two was significant,and there was no significant difference in the developmental duration of other instar larvae.The larval pupation rate was(53.04±4.10)%in ACB-AcR,and(72.75±6.08)%in ACB-BtS,which was significantly difference between the two strains.In conclusion,resistance to Cry1Ac reduced the larval survival rate,and the pupation rate and the developmental period of young stage larvae were prolonged,marking a fitness cost for resistance to Cry1Ac.
