女青少年对常见妇科疾病的认知及防控能力调查分析

摘　　要：目的对我国女青少年妇科疾病的认知及防控能力进行调查分析。方法选择2021年10月在校女高中生200名为调查对象,下发妇科疾病基础知识及防治相关问题调查问卷。结果接受调查的女青少年中57.50%对妇科疾病的认知完全缺失,32.00%对妇科疾病处在初步认知及防控,仅10.50%对妇科疾病良好认知及防控。妇科疾病常见类型平均(10.54±1.02)分;常见妇科疾病基本病因平均(9.78±0.98)分;妇科疾病症状平均(9.34±1.01)分;妇科疾病就医检查平均(5.12±0.45)分;妇科疾病预防平均(5.78±0.64)分;妇科疾病治疗平均(6.05±0.67)分;妇科疾病预后平均(5.04±0.37)分。52.00%女青少年受到经期妇科疾病困扰,其中痛经21.50%、月经不调30.50%。20.00%女青少年受到非经期妇科疾病困恼,其中外阴及阴道炎症9.00%、盆腔炎性疾病6.00%、卵巢囊肿3.00%、宫颈炎症2.00%。女青少年对常见妇科疾病的态度表现中消极态度36.50%、积极态度63.50%。结论女青少年对常见妇科疾病的认知与防控能力整体偏低,缺少正确认知,自我防控意识不强,防控能力不足,应当给予定期妇科疾病相关知识普及宣教,并对其进行有效的心理健康教育。Objective To investigate and analyze the cognition and prevention and control ability of female and adolescent gynecological diseases in my country.Methods 200 female high school students in October 2021 were selected as the survey objects,and a questionnaire was issued on the basic knowledge and prevention of gynecological diseases.Results 57.50%of the female adolescents surveyed had no awareness of gynecological diseases,32.00%had preliminary awareness and prevention and control of gynecological diseases,and only 10.50%had good awareness and prevention and control of gynecological diseases.Questionnaire scores:the average score of common types of gynecological diseases was(10.54±1.02)points.The average score of basic etiology of gynecological diseases(9.78±0.98)points;the average score of gynecological disease symptoms was(9.34±1.01)points.The average score of medical examination for common gynecological diseases was(5.12±0.45)points;the average score of prevention of gynecological diseases was(5.78±0.64)points;the average score of treatment of gynecological diseases was(6.05±0.67)points;the average prognostic score of gynecological diseases was(5.04±0.37)points.52.00%of female adolescents suffered from menstrual gynecological diseases,including 21.50%dysmenorrhea and 30.50%irregular menstruation.20.00%of female adolescents were troubled by non-menstrual gynecological diseases.Among them,9.00%of vulvar and vaginal inflammation,6.00%of pelvic inflammatory disease,3.00%of ovarian cysts,and 2.00%of cervical inflammation.The attitudes of female adolescents towards common gynecological diseases were 36.50%negative and 63.50%positive.Conclusion The awareness of common gynecological diseases and the ability of prevention and control of female adolescents are generally deviated,lack of correct cognition,weak awareness of self-prevention and prevention,and insufficient prevention and control ability.Regular publicity and education on knowledge about gynecological diseases should be given,and effective mental heal
