摘　　要：介绍某三级儿科医院面对公立医院高质量发展过程中的党员和干部队伍建设问题,积极改进工作方式,探索新形势下党员和干部发展新模式,通过党建带团建,从思想、队伍、工作、组织4个方面加大推优入党、推优荐才力度,促使党员干部队伍数量及质量提升、结构优化,增强医院的凝聚力、竞争力与服务能力,为公立医院高质量发展奠定坚实基础。The paper introduces that a tertiary pediatric hospital faces the problem of party members and cadres team construction in the process of high-quality development of public hospitals,actively improves the working methods,and explores new development models for party members and cadres under the new situation.Through party building and league building,we will increase the efforts to promote the party and recommend talents from the four aspects of ideology,team,work and organization,so as to promote the improvement of the number and quality of party members and cadres,and the optimization of the structure,to enhance the cohesion,competitiveness and service capabilities of hospitals,and to lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of public hospitals.
