浅谈电子公文交换系统设计

摘　　要：不同企事业、不同单位部门建立自有的业务应用系统,形成信息量庞大、内容丰富、种类繁多的信息服务体系,但这些业务应用系统之间建设在不同硬件平台、不同的网络环境、不同数据库环境上,导致数据共享、信息交换难以实现的问题。文章从电子公文交换系统设计方面来阐述业务应用系统难以实现数据共享和业务协同的解决办法,打破各网业务应用数据信息孤岛,从而达到全网互联互通的目的。Different enterprises,institutions and departments have established their own business application systems to form an information service system with huge amount of information,rich content and various types.However,these business application systems are built on different hardware platforms,different network environments and different database environments,which leads to the problem that it is difficult to realize data sharing and information exchange.This paper expounds the solution that the business application system is difficult to realize data sharing and business collaboration from the design of electronic document exchange system.Break the isolated island of business application data and information of each network,so as to achieve the purpose of interconnection of the whole network.
