摘 要:铁作为机体的必需组成元素,参与氧气运输、电子转移等生命过程。体内的铁始终处于动态平衡,体内铁超载会破坏氧化还原稳态,催化活性氧生成,导致氧化应激。铁死亡作为一种铁依赖性调节性细胞死亡,以氧化还原失衡为主要特征,与凋亡、坏死等细胞死亡不同。在动物模型中,使用铁死亡抑制剂或激活剂可调节疾病进展,因此通过调节铁死亡干预相关疾病发生发展已成为病因学研究和治疗的热点和焦点。氧化应激机制在糖尿病及其并发症中占据核心地位,因此铁死亡与糖尿病及其并发症可能存在关联,但目前相关研究较少。Iron,as a necessary element of the body,participates in various life processes such as oxygen transportation and electron transfer.Iron in the body is always in a dynamic balance,and when the iron is overloaded in the body,it will destroy the redox homeostasis and catalyze the production of reactive oxygen species,resulting in oxidative stress.Ferroptosis,as an iron-dependent regulatory cell death,has different characteristics from other types of cell death such as apoptosis and necrosis,and redox imbalance is its main feature.In animal models,it was found that the use of ferroptosis inhibitors or activators can regulate the progression of diseases,so how to intervene in the occurrence and development of related diseases by regulating ferroptosis has become a hot spot and focus of etiological research and treatment.For diabetes mellitus and its complications,oxidative stress mechanisms are central,so ferroptosis may be associated with diabetes mellitus and its complications,but there are only few studies at present.
