数字孪生时代的城市设计数字化创新与实践

摘　　要：多年来,深圳市持续探索规划设计数字化创新方法。随着深圳市进入存量发展阶段,利用数字化手段对存量空间实施精细化、多元化和高效化的优化提升成为深圳市探索的主要方向。本文介绍了深圳市在数字孪生城市通用技术、虚拟沉浸式、数字参量化、在线协同式和实时交互式等方面的数字化城市设计实践,以及对多学科协同、多集群设计和多主体协商等综合手段,为促进城市设计范式不断迭代演化提供初步思考。Shenzhen has continued to explore the digital innovation methods of urban design for many years. As Shenzhen enters the stock development stage, using digital technology to optimize and improve the stock space with refinement, diversification and efficiency has become the main direction of Shenzhen’s exploration.This paper introduces the practice of digital urban design in Shenzhen in the aspects of digital twin city general technology, virtual immersion, digital parameterization,online collaboration and real-time interaction, as well as the comprehensive means of multidisciplinary collaboration, multi cluster design and multi-agent negotiation, so as to promote the continuous iterative evolution of urban design paradigm.
