摘 要:小型制冷机是高温超导滤波器系统的重要组成部分,在冷端提供冷量的同时需在热端向环境排热。基于模拟和实验,设计了一款散热翅片,并在自然对流的条件下对翅片的散热性能进行研究。结果表明,在功率为12 W时,散热翅片最高和最低温度分别为58.2℃和53.2℃,当在翅片背部增加一层石墨烯导热膜后,最大和最小温度分别降低了3.3℃和4.7℃;采用翅片和环境之间的传热热阻R_(s)来评价两种翅片的性能,铝-导热膜传热热阻介于2.58—3.05℃/W之间,相比于传统铝翅片其与空气传热热阻最高降低了33.3%。The cryocooler is an important part of the HTS filter subsystem.While providing cooling power at the cold end,it needs to discharge heat to the environment at the hot end.The natural convection heat dissipation method has certain advantages in the heat dissipation of the fil-ter system because it does not cause additional electromagnetic interference.Based on simulations and experiments,a heat dissipation fin is designed,and the heat dissipation performance of the fin is systematically studied under the condition of natural convection.The results shown that when the power is 12 W,the maximum and minimum temperatures of the cooling fin are 58.2℃and 53.2℃,respectively.When a layer of graphene thermal film is added on the back of the fin,the maximum and minimum temperatures are reduced by 3.3℃and 4.7℃.The heat trans-fer resistance R_(s) between the fins and the environment is used to evaluate the performance of the two fins.The heat transfer resistance of aluminum-thermally conductive film is between 2.58℃/W to 3.05℃/W.Compared with traditional aluminum fins,the thermal resistance is reduced by up to 33.3%.
