摘 要:针对一种高纯铝冷链进行了设计,并对其传热能力开展了试验研究。搭建了试验验证平台及测试系统,实际测试了结构两端的温度差,并对该结构的传热特性进行了计算,同时对该结构力学特性进行测试。得出结论:该类耦合结构热导率在40 K温区可以达到950 W/m·K,适用于远距离布置和重量要求较高的场合。Cold strap made of high purity aluminum was designed and its heat transfer ability was studied experimentally.The experimental verification platform and testing system wereset up.The temperature difference between the two ends of the structure was tested.The heat transfer characteristics of the structure was calculated.And the mechanical properties of the structure were tested.It is concluded that the thermal conductivity of this type of coupling structure can reach 950 W/(m·K)in the temperature range of 40 K,which is suitable for long-distance layout and satisfies the lightweight requirements.
