摘　　要：劳动教育对高职院校培养新时代高素质技术技能人才有着积极的促进作用,在培养学生树立崇高理想信念,推进落实立德树人根本任务时具有重要的意义。然而,高职院校在实际工作中落实劳动教育存在着短板。在分析当前高职院校开展劳动教育现状的基础上,提出将劳动教育与思政教育相互融入的方法,开发劳动教育教学资源,创新劳动教育形式,让劳动教育在高职院校德育过程中发挥其应有的重要作用。Labor education plays a positive role in promoting higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents in the new era.It is of great significance in cultivating students'lofty ideals and beliefs,while carrying forward to the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.However,in practice,there are some shortcomings in the implementation of labor education in higher vocational colleges.this paper puts forward the method of integrating labor education with ideological and political education,dig through the teaching resources of labor education,innovate the form of labor education,and let labor education play its due role in the process of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
