摘　　要：伴随人们生活水平提高和生活品质提升,以健康和疗养为核心的康养旅游逐渐成为旅游市场重要的发展方向。以全国首批康养旅游示范区亳州市为案例地,基于旅游地生命周期理论,分析康养旅游地发展的资源赋存、产业基础、文化基底和发展环境,剖析发展问题与障碍,对康养旅游地发展阶段进行研判。当前既要统筹谋划,推动旅游地由参与阶段向发展巩固阶段快速推进;又要精准施策,预防与避免下一阶段可能发生的负面效应;同时又要未雨绸缪,有效防范陷入停滞与衰落。研究丰富了旅游地生命周期理论的视角与案例,实践上对于类同康养旅游地发展与建设具有重要的指导与借鉴意义。With the improvement of modern people’s living standard and the increase of their life quality,health,convalescence and health-care tourism has gradually become a new favorite in the tourism market.Taking Bozhou,one of the first health-care tourism demonstration areas,as its example,this paper,based on the theory of tourism destination life cycle,analyzes the resources,industrial foundation,cultural basis and development environment for its development,together with the problems and obstacles,and studies its development stages as well.It suggests to make overall planning and promote the rapid promotion of tourism destinations from the participation stage to the development and consolidation stage;it is also necessary to take precise measures to prevent and avoid possible negative effects in the next stage;at the same time,precautions should be taken to prevent effectively stagnation and decline.The research enriches the perspective and cases for tourism destination life cycle theory,which is also of reference significance for the development and construction of similar health-care tourism destinations in practice.
