公立医院党委领导下院长负责制实践理路探析

摘　　要：2018年,中共中央办公厅印发了《关于加强公立医院党的建设工作的意见》,确立公立医院实施党委领导下的院长负责制,公立医院党组织职能发生了重大变革。文章分析了当前公立医院落实党委领导下院长负责制过程中存在的困惑,并就如何落实好这一制度进行了探索和思考,旨在为其他公立医院提供参考。Based on the“Suggestions on Strengthening Party Building in Public Hospitals”issued by the General Office of the CPC in 2018,the principle of dean responsibility under the leadership of the Party Committee has been established,indicating that the protocol of Party organizations in public hospitals has undergone major changes.In its implementing process,some perplexities are often faced.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and consider how to work under the guideline of such a principle in a tertiary public hospital.In this paper,experiences of implementing the president responsibility are shared.
