摘 要:针对多孔聚苯胺(PANI)吸附剂流失及回收再生困难等问题,采用原位化学氧化聚合法制备PANI/聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合材料并对其进行表征,分析不同条件下PANI/PVA复合材料对亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附性能、吸附机理及可再生性。结果表明:PANI/PVA复合材料吸附MB的最佳有效投加量为1.19 g/L,在pH=9~13时,吸附去除率在80%以上,且吸附平衡时间仅需60 min;PANI/PVA复合材料吸附MB过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温线模型,表明该吸附过程为单层化学吸附,拟合的最大有效吸附量为352.2 mg/g;经过5次再生循环后PANI/PVA复合材料吸附性能良好。In view of the problems of PANI adsorbent loss and difficulty in recycling,polyaniline(PANI)/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)composites prepared by in-situ chemical oxidation polymerization and its morphology and structure were characterized.The adsorption properties and adsorption mechanisms of PANI/PVA composites on methylene blue(MB)under different conditions and the regenerative properties of the adsorbent were analyzed.The results showed that:the optimum effective dosage of PANI/PVA composites to adsorb MB was 1.19 g/L,and the adsorption removal rate was above 80%at pH=9~13,and the adsorption equilibrium time was only 60 minutes.The adsorption process of MB by PANI/PVA composites conformed to the pseudo-second-order model and Langmuir isotherm model,which indicated that the adsorption process was single-layer chemical adsorption,and the maximum effective adsorption of fitting is 352.2 mg/g;PANI/PVA composites still have good adsorption properties after 5 cycles of regeneration experiments.
