通经活络汤治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察通经活络汤治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法50例膝关节滑膜炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组使用洛索洛芬钠片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予通经活络汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、关节肿胀评分、膝关节(HSS)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率92.0%高于对照组的60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组VAS评分(1.63±2.28)分、关节肿胀评分(0.31±0.47)分低于对照组的(3.54±1.22)、(0.94±1.00)分,膝关节HSS评分(88.97±10.31)分高于对照组的(71.69±11.84)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洛索洛芬钠片联合通经活络汤可以进一步减轻膝关节滑膜炎患者的不适感觉,修复膝关节功能,治疗效果明显好于单独使用非甾体药。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tongjing Huoluo Decoction in the treatment of knee joint synovitis.Methods A total of 50 patients with knee joint synovitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with loxoprofen sodium tablets,and the observation group was treated with Tongjing Huoluo Decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,joint swelling score and knee joint(HSS)score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 92.0%of the observation group was higher than 60.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score(1.63±2.28)points and joint swelling score(0.31±0.47)points of the observation group were lower than(3.54±1.22)and(0.94±1.00)points of the control group,and the knee joint HSS score(88.97±10.31)points was higher than(71.69±11.84)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Loxoprofen sodium tablets combined with Tongjing Huoluo Decoction can further reduce the discomfort of patients with knee joint synovitis and restore knee joint function,and the therapeutic effect is significantly better than that of non-steroidal drugs alone.
