摘 要:我国速生杨木储量丰富,但由于其强度低、易变形,在实际应用中需将其加固或改性来提高木材的各项性能。文章采用钢板增强速生杨胶合木的力学性能,考虑木板纹理、钢板的不同排列位置和钢板厚度(配钢率)等因素对改性试件力学性能的影响,对26个试件进行了轴压试验。结果表明:与速生杨原木试件相比,钢板增强试件的抗压强度、轴向变形和弹性模量均显著增大;不同纹理组合钢板改性试件中,顺纹与顺纹组合、顺纹与横纹组合、横纹与横纹组合试件的抗压强度分别比原木提高了88.40%、73.03%、70.53%;不同钢板布置位置的组合试件中,最优试件的抗压强度比原木提高了88.39%;不同配钢率的组合试件中,抗压强度随着钢板厚度的增加而显著提高,最大增幅为原木的118.35%。通过数据拟合和理论分析,得到了钢板增强速生杨胶合木的抗压强度计算公式。In China,fast-growing poplar is abundant.However,on account of its low strength and easy deformation,it needs to be reinforced or modified to improve the various properties of wood in practical applications.In this paper,the mechanical properties of fast growing poplar glulam reinforced by steel plate were studied.Considering the influences of the grain of wood plate,the different arrangement and the thickness of steel plate(steel ratio)on the mechanical properties of the modified specimens,axial compression tests were carried out on 26 specimens.The results showed that the compressive strength,axial deformation and elastic modulus of the steel plate reinforced specimens were significantly increased compared with those of fast-growing poplar logs.Under different texture combinations in the steel plate modified specimens,the compressive strength of the combination of parallel grain and parallel grain,the combination of parallel grain and perpendicular grain,and the combination of perpendicular grain and perpendicular grain increased by 88.40%,73.03%,and 70.53%respectively,compared with that of logs.Among the composite specimens with different steel plate layout positions,the compressive strength of the optimal specimen was 88.39%higher than that of the log.The compressive strength of composite specimens with different steel ratio increased significantly with the increase of plate thickness,and the maximum increase was 118.35%of logs,the calculation formula compressive strength of fast-growing poplar plywood reinforced by steel plate was obtained by data fitting and theoretical analysis.
